Here's the incoming incubators (or accelerators).
The inaugural 2013-14 accelerator class includes these cities:

• Wichita, Kan.
• Portland, Maine
• Louisville, Ky.
• Tucson, Ariz.
• Sacramento Council of Governments and member cities Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova, Calif.
